Fourth of July Weekend

All Campuses

Join us on Sunday, July 6, as each campus comes together for one worship service over the Fourth of July weekend. Our Millard Campus will gather at 10AM, and our Fremont and Northwest Omaha Campuses will gather at 10:15AM. There will not be any kids programming or Blended services on this day.

Baptism Sunday

Let’s celebrate the way God is transforming lives through baptism! King of Kings is hosting Baptism Sunday at both our Millard and NW Campuses on July 20. If you would like to be baptized or have your child baptized, or if you would like to renew your baptism, Baptism Sunday is a perfect time to take that faith journey step. Register today!

Pastor Rogers’ Message

We are blessed to announce that Pastor Roger will give the message as a King of Kings Pastor one last time before he retires during our worship service on July 27 at the Millard Campus. The message will be broadcast to the Northwest and Fremont campuses for all to enjoy. Don’t miss this special opportunity to worship and celebrate Pastor Roger’s faithful ministry.

Back to School Supply Drive

King of Kings Fremont Campus is hosting a school supply drive throughout June. Supplies will be available to the community as part of our Back to School event on Aug. 1 from 5-7PM. Purchase and drop off school supplies in the Next Steps space to bless our guests.

Pastor Rogers’ Retirement Worship Service

All Campuses

We are thrilled to celebrate Pastor Roger and Cheryl Theimer’s decades of faithful service on August 3, during Sunday worship at our King of Kings Millard Campus. If you attend one of the other campuses but would like to see the Theimers in person that day, please join us on site at the 8, 9, and 11AM worship. We invite you to join us in celebrating their legacy and expressing our profound gratitude for their years of Spirit-led service as we receive the message from a special guest speaker on that morning.

Everyone is invited to an outdoor gathering at Soaring Wings Vineyard on Sunday, August 3, from 5 to 9:30PM for an evening of laughter, memories, and beautiful views as we toast to Roger’s incredible journey and his exciting next chapter. This event is free however registration is required

King of Kings Millard Campus is hosting a school supply drive. Supplies will be available to the community as part of our Back to School event on July 28 from 4-7PM. Purchase and drop off school supplies in the Next Steps Rooms to bless our guests.

Confirmation Registration

All Campuses
Confirmation is a two-year journey designed for middle school students. It’s a collaborative effort between parents and King of Kings Church, helping students passionately know Jesus for a lifetime.
Confirmation will occur this Fall, beginning Sunday mornings at 11AM from September 14 to November 16. This is a 10-week fall session followed by a 10-week spring session.

Wednesday Connect

Millard Campus
 Beginning June 18 and running through July 30, Wednesday Connect will be held in the Core Gathering Room from 6:30 to 7:45PM. Together, we’ll dive into the Love in Chaos series by author Bob Goff on RightNow Media. Learn what it looks like to follow Jesus and obey his commands even in a time of chaos.

 

Please note that there is no kids’ programming during this time.

Summer Student Nights

Millard Campus

Summer Student nights will begin on June 4 from 6 to 8PM at our Millard Campus, with dinner provided, and will recur every Wednesday through July 30. Students from grades 6 through 12 from all three campuses are invited to join the fun.

Student Scholarships

All Campuses

Two scholarships are available to support students who are active members of King of Kings and planning to pursue careers through Christian education.

The Vogt Scholarship helps cover tuition and course-related expenses for students attending or planning to attend a Lutheran school. It’s open to graduating high school seniors and recent graduates pursuing a professional ministry career.

The A & B Winstrom Scholarship provides similar financial assistance for students attending or planning to attend a Christian school with the intent of entering non-professional ministry roles.
