Guest Experience Training

Northwest Campus
Guest Experience Training is a relaxed evening for anyone who wants to help create a welcoming experience at King of Kings Northwest Omaha. Over dinner, you’ll connect with others, learn more about the mission and vision of King of Kings, and discover practical ways to help every guest feel seen, welcomed, and connected.
You’ll also learn how the Guest Experience team supports our purpose, We Transform Lives. Whether you currently serve on the team or you’re interested in learning more, this training is a great place to start.
Guest Experience Training meets Saturday, September 26, from 5-7PM at the Baye Residence. Registration is free, and dinner and drinks are provided. The exact address will be shared after you register.

MomCo Fall 2026 – Spring 2027

All Campuses
Looking for a place to connect with other moms and be encouraged? MomCo at King of Kings meets two Fridays each month from 9:30–11:30 AM, September 25, 2026 through May 7, 2027. It’s a warm, welcoming community for every mom—from pregnancy to empty nest. Childcare is provided.
Each gathering includes breakfast and coffee, a speaker, table discussion, creative activities, devotionals, and opportunities to serve our community. You don’t have to be a believer to attend—we’re here to walk alongside you as you grow as a mom, a woman, and a leader in relationship with Jesus and in community with the local church.
The cost is $120 per adult for the season, and childcare is free. A separate $37 annual membership with MOPS International (MomCo’s parent organization) is also required. Membership details will be emailed after local registration is completed.

Global Missions Lunch & Learn

Curious how God is moving around the world? Global Missions Lunch & Learn is a chance to hear how God is working through King of Kings’ global mission partners and discover ways you can get involved.
Led by Lead Pastor Greg Griffith, you’ll hear stories from Guatemala, Cambodia, India, and more, along with practical ways to serve and pray. We’ll meet at Northwest Omaha on September 20 from 12:30PM-2PM. Lunch is provided, and room details are coming soon.

Labor Day Worship

What are your Labor Day weekend plans? On Sunday, September 6, each King of Kings campus will gather for one service. King of Kings Millard meets at 10AM, and King of Kings Fremont and King of Kings Northwest Omaha meet at 10:15AM.
Kids Ministry won’t be available, and these services are designed with the whole family in mind. We’ll continue our series Asking for a Friend. Share your questions in advance at kingofkings.org/ask—kids’ questions are welcome too.
It’s also Jersey Sunday, so wear the jersey of your favorite team or player for a fun morning at King of Kings.

Student Nights

Northwest Campus
Looking for a place where students can passionately know Jesus and make Him known? Student Ministry launches at King of Kings Northwest on Sunday, September 13. Students in Grades 6–12 meet every Sunday from 5:30–7PM for faith, friendship, and fun.
Each week includes food, games, worship, and conversations centered on God’s Word. We’re building an authentic community where students can ask honest questions, grow in their faith, and be encouraged to follow Jesus in everyday life.
Bring a friend or come on your own. This is a place to belong, build lasting friendships, and grow in your faith.

Matthew Study

Northwest Campus

Grow deeper in your faith through a verse-by-verse study of the Gospel of Matthew. Together, you’ll explore the life and teachings of Jesus, discover the fulfillment of God’s promises, and learn how Matthew’s Gospel speaks to everyday life. Whether you’re new to studying the Bible or have been reading Scripture for years, this class offers meaningful discussion and practical application. This class is free. This nine-week class will run from 10:40-11:30AM each Sunday from September 13 through April 25, 2027.

Financial Peace University

Northwest Campus

Join us for Financial Peace University, a biblically-based personal finance course created by Dave Ramsey that teaches how to manage money, budget, pay off debt, and build wealth. This class will be led by Charista Baye and Frank Stiner at our Northwest Campus in Room 306. This nine-week class will run from 10:40-11:30AM each Sunday from September 13 through November 8, 2026.

The cost of FPU is $50 per registration. Couples are only charged one registration fee.

Fremont Student Nights

Looking for a midweek place where students can connect, grow, and have fun? Fremont Student Nights meet on Wednesday evenings throughout the school year. Students gather for worship, biblical teaching, small groups, and meaningful community as they grow in faith together.
Throughout the year, students will also have opportunities to participate in special all-campus gatherings, serving opportunities, and other off-site events. A one-time transportation and photo release is required for participation in these activities. Visit kingofkings.org/students for more information and to complete the required waiver.

GriefShare Fall 2026

Northwest Campus
Have you lost a loved one? GriefShare is a 13-week group that provides support, encouragement, and practical tools as you walk through grief. Whether you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ll be surrounded by people who understand what you’re going through.
This session meets Tuesdays, September 8–December 1, from 12:30–2:30PM in the CORE Gathering Room at The CORE Omaha. Each week explores topics like guilt, anger, difficult emotions, unanswered questions, and finding hope for the future.

Womens Bible Study Fall 2026

Looking to grow your faith and build friendships with other women? Women’s Bible Study meets Tuesdays, September 8 through October 27, from 9:30-11:15AM in The Well at King of Kings Millard.
This fall, Allison Zehnder will lead a study of Joshua using Strong and Courageous: Studying God’s Promises in Joshua by Donna Snow. Together, we’ll discover how God’s promises give us strength and courage through life’s challenges, just as they did for Joshua.
Please purchase Strong and Courageous by Donna Snow before the first session. The book is available from Amazon, Concordia Publishing House, and Christianbook.

Labor Day Cookout

Ready for a Labor Day Sunday cookout? Following the 10:15AM service on Sunday, September 6, we’ll fire up the grill at King of Kings Northwest Omaha. Burgers and hot dogs are on us, and you’re welcome to bring a favorite side to share. We’ll gather in the Concordia lobby. It’s free, and no registration is needed.

Pizza with Purpose

Curious about how God has wired you and what that means at King of Kings? Pizza with Purpose is a casual, family-friendly gathering where you can meet campus staff and other guests, hear our heart for ministry, and explore your next step in the Kingdom of God. Pizza and refreshments will be provided for everyone.
This event takes place at the same time across three campuses on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 2 PM at King of Kings Fremont, King of Kings Millard, and King of Kings Northwest Omaha. Registration is required and closes September 10, 2026.
If you cannot attend on September 13, another opportunity will be available on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

Young Adult Community and Worship Nights

Fremont Campus

Looking for community and a place to grow your faith? Young Adult Worship & Community Night is for ages 18–29 and includes dinner, worship, a real story of God at work, a short Bible message, and small-group discussion. Held in the Haven, this gathering is open to young adults from King of Kings Fremont, King of Kings Millard, and King of Kings Northwest Omaha.

Student Ministry Chile Mission Trip

Northwest Campus
Looking to make a difference in Chile this winter? King of Kings Students will partner with Gracia y Fundamento in Viña del Mar to lead a Vacation Bible School and support the ministry happening in their church and community.
Space is limited, and students will be selected through a blind application process. The team will be led by Chad Kelly, Pastor Greg Griffith, and Johnny Venegas.
Application deadline is August 26.

Reliance Prayer & Worship Night

Northwest Campus
Want to go deeper in prayer and worship? Reliance Prayer & Worship Night is Wednesday, September 2, from 6:30-7:45PM at King of Kings Millard. We’ll gather as one church family to seek God and live out our value of being reliant through prayer and worship.
Childcare is available for children ages 6 weeks through Grade 5. If you need childcare, please register by August 26. Space is limited.

Fall Kids Ministry Recruiting

Fremont Campus
Love helping kids know Jesus? Kids Ministry is looking for volunteers this school year at King of Kings Fremont, Millard, and Northwest Omaha. Serving runs from the week after Labor Day through the week before Memorial Day, with flexible scheduling and training provided.
There are many ways to serve, including leading Bible experiences, guiding small groups, caring for infants and toddlers, or helping behind the scenes with tech and organization. No experience is needed—just a love for Jesus and a willingness to serve.

Student Vision Night

Ready to help shape student ministry at King of Kings Northwest? Student Vision Night is Sunday, August 30 at 6PM, and it’s our first opportunity for students to help shape what’s ahead.
Students in Grades 6–12 are invited for food, games, worship, and a look at the vision for student ministry. Whether you’re already connected or looking for a place to belong, we’d love to hear your ideas for the year ahead.
Weekly student nights begin this fall and meet Sundays from 5:30–7PM. We’re building a community where students can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and have fun together.
This event is free, but registration is required so we can plan food. Feel free to invite a friend.

Student Blood Drive Fundraiser

Help save lives and support King of Kings Students during the Red Cross Student Fundraiser Blood Drive! King of Kings Millard and King of Kings Northwest Omaha will host blood drives on Sunday, August 30, from 8AM–2PM. Every pint collected beyond the goal helps support Student Ministry at King of Kings. Walk-ins are welcome, but registering in advance is encouraged.

Father & Son Retreat

Fremont Campus
The Father & Son Retreat is an overnight experience for kids in grades 5 and 6 focused on helping dads or mentors and their sons, alongside King of Kings staff and other fathers, talk openly about growing up, God’s design for man, and the changes that come with it. Through meaningful conversations, learning, and outdoor activities, families will build trust, connection, and lasting memories together.
The retreat runs Friday, October 9 at 6:30PM through Saturday, October 10 at 3PM at the Springs Cabins at Camp Carol Joy Holling in Ashland, Nebraska. Meals and snacks are provided. Cost is $60 per pair. Bring your own bedding and towels, and register by September 25.
A required orientation meeting will take place Monday, October 5 at 7PM at the Millard Campus.

The gospel is about living life as the hands and feet of Jesus to those around us. At King of Kings, we believe this can be done by simply living a life on mission and in relationship with the people you interact with regularly. We call it My 4! Get started by identifying four people in your normal rhythm of life with whom you can have regular, intentional interaction. Begin to pray for them by name daily.
