Next Steps Room

If you are a first time guest, or you’ve been here already and want to take a next step in discipleship to Jesus, this place is for you. We have information about membership, small groups, and serving opportunities, and lots of friendly people who would love to get you connected. Come check it out!

Connect Class

Anyone who is interested in membership or just wants to find out more about King of Kings will be able to start to Connect on almost ANY Sunday. This four-week course will be led most weeks by Pastor Roger and will cover the basics of Christian faith and Lutheran doctrine. Connect class will also help get you plugged into serving and small groups right away. Questions? Stop by the Next Steps Room to find out more! Contact Brenda Denne to register.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers

This 6-week, once a week class, is designed to give tools to help caregivers better care for themselves! This very-well received and highly-rated class was designed by Stanford University. We put our personal King of Kings touch in before and after each class. Class will meet on Monday evenings, from 5:30-8:30pm in the Core Conference Room, beginning October 1 and ending on November 5. Cost is free, please contact Karen Lovejoy with questions.

Women’s Fall Bible Studies

Women’s Bible studies are back for fall and it’s not too late to participate! We have three inspiring and creative bible studies on Tuesdays, Bible Journaling, The Quest-a Beth Moore study and The Pursuit of Happiness. Contact Kari Johnson to register or if you have questions.

Small Group Wednesdays

We want every person here to be experiencing the power that comes through authentic, deep, life-giving relationships with friends right here at KOK. If you are in a small group already, keep that going, and keep growing as a group in your relationships with one another and with the Lord. If you usually meet in someone’s home, consider meeting here at church. Kids Kamp is back on Wednesdays and so are the delicious dinners! Not in a group yet? We are designing Wednesday nights with you in mind, so that you can get connected to a group and begin to grow together. Let us know you’re coming at kingofkingsomaha.org/wednesday-nights. Questions? Contact Kari Johnson.

Kids Kamp

Kids Kamp is back for fall! Dig into God’s word with this Crazy Candy curriculum featuring toothtastic truths and games better than a sugar rush. Kids Kamp will meet on Wednesday nights through December 12. Registration is $10/child or $30/family. Questions? Email Kelsey Thomas.
