Thanksgiving Eve Worship
You’re invited to join us on November 21 at 6:30PM for a Thanksgiving Eve worship service. This is a time to step away from the busyness of life to focus on thanking God for the people, time, and resources God has blessed us with.
This year we won’t be having worship on Thanksgiving day, so we encourage you to spend some extra time with your family and friends.
Next Steps Room
If you are a first time guest, or you’ve been here already and want to take a next step in discipleship to Jesus, this place is for you. We have information about membership, small groups, serving opportunities, and lots of friendly people who would love to get you connected. Come check it out!
Anyone who is interested in membership or just wants to find out more about King of Kings will be able to Connect on almost any Sunday. This four-week course will be led most weeks by Pastor Roger and will cover the basics of Christian faith and Lutheran doctrine. Connect class will also help get you plugged in to serving and small groups right away. Questions? Stop by the Next Steps Room to find out more! Contact Brenda Denne at firstname.lastname@example.org to register.
Our current series is Generosity Lab, where we’re looking at the resources God has given us individually and as a church, as well as the role each of us has as we come together to see lives transformed through connection to God, each other, and the world. If you missed last week’s message, make sure to visit our website to get caught up. You’ll also want to check your email or mailbox for Pastor Mark’s letter to the congregation with information about how to make your financial commitment.
If you’ve been joining us for Small Group Wednesdays and Kids Kamp, we just want to remind you that we won’t be having either this Wednesday, November 21. Instead, we’ll be having Thanksgiving Eve Worship. We hope to see you there!
