An event every week that begins at 6:30am on Tuesday, repeating until May 22, 2018
We will focus on two areas: helping people get the upper hand on worry and fear by teaching anxiety reducing habits, and teaching mindfulness techniques to increase overall mind fitness. Dr. Brenda Neyens and Nathan Seadore are the co-facilitators. Combined they have 30-years of mental health experience.
Class will meet from 6:30am-7:45am beginning April 24. Cost: $150 for the entire 5-week session. (financial aid is available to those who qualify and based on the availability of funds). This is a co-ed group and space is limited to 8 participants. There is no online registration as this is group counseling. Interested individuals need to email us directly.
