Recent flooding in our region has caused tremendous devastation for individuals and their communities. At King of Kings, we believe lives are transformed when we connect with the world through serving those in need. If you’re looking for ways to connect and serve those in our community affected by this tragedy, check out the list below for ways you can get involved.

Food Drive

King of Kings is partnering with the Open Door Mission to collect food that will be used to assist those in need and affected by the flooding. Free paper grocery bags can be picked up at our building, and distributed to family, friends, and coworkers. We’re asking that food be dropped back off at our location on Saturday, May 4 from 10-4PM. Items may be dropped off in our senior/handicap lot on the south side of the building. We’ll even help unload your food!

Items needed:

  • canned meat
  • canned vegetables and fruit
  • canned chunky soups
  • peanut butter
  • boxed meals
  • mac & cheese
  • cooking oil
  • powdered milk
  • rice/spaghetti/noodles
  • snacks for lunches

Financial Donations

To date, we’ve collected $40,000 that will go towards flood relief efforts. Please prayerfully consider how you can continue to give generously towards this fund.
