All the Details
The Open Door Mission strives to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty in Omaha. Over the past few years, King of Kings has partnered with the ODM through city wide food drives and other on-site serving opportunities.
There are some great ways that you and your family can partner with the Open Door Mission right from your home. For more information how you can donate supplies, give or volunteer from your home, check out their website.
Note from our ministry partner at the Open Door Mission on March 17, 2020:
The Open Door Mission will NOT be allowing outside events, classes, individuals or groups to volunteer until further notice. Professional volunteers will continue to serve in the Free Health and Healing Clinic
As we pray for our community and the world during this pandemic of COVID-19, we want to give you a word of comfort and hope. We hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy and assure you that we are taking proactive measures at our facilities to support and ensure the safety of those we serve.
Thank you for your understanding and prayers through these tough times as we serve vulnerable people with weakened immune systems.
Because of your continued support – men, women, and children experiencing homelessness have access to shelter and critical resources that, ultimately, help them transform their lives.
